Balance the blend of emotions

When you practice "anything" (good or bad) for a while with voluntary reminders or a gentle-to-drastic push, it eventually becomes a habit- no reminders needed. Sometimes we do not even realize that certain habits grow to an extent that it creates a massive impact in your lives (and others'). Pause for a second.. Think of one habit you think has made you or your loved ones smile in some way or the other.  Think of one habit that has been annoying more than once. Remind yourself how old you are. I really want to give up doing (complex) math while responding to situations.  I want to incorporate some useful modules in life that they don't feel like an extra baggage.  Anxiety, weakness, judgements, truth, diplomacy, equivocation, double standards..... tiring.   Time to balance emotions intelligently and quite naturally.  Mindful meditation Day #1, 29 more to go.  Good Morning everyone.
