A's Blend Of Emotions

You know how THEY say.. "This is NOT rocket science". WHAT-IF it is? What you'd like to REACH or RESTRAIN yourself from is determined by YOU. 

I find it very difficult to delineate between the mind and the heart, lexically.  Perhaps, they are playing in unison? I wish.  "Mind" is history-derived entity--  can be quite a halloween parade.  "Heart" is what that makes me "strong" and "cry" at the same time. Rooting to go with my heart this time, even if its 689.9 miles away.  Family is eternal, dreams are transient.  This implies I can dream for a while and reunite with family peacefully.  Miles to go before I sleep, but I WILL sleep peacefully after the marathon. 

A good leader always asks questions [with style -- that's my optional personalized touch]. If you're a budding leader, it's okay to try a combination of rhetorical and sincere questions, targeting the latter for long-term success. This may sound simple, but this sums it up all. It implicitly tells you that: 1- you're not afraid/shy to ask a "101" question if needed. 2- you're alert 3- you're willing to listen, ready to evaluate the options. 4- you're still authoritative 5- you value your team 6- you're humble (in some ways) 7- you're always willing to learn 8- you're thoughtful 9- you're visionary 10- you lead with utmost sincerity and respect Looking for a tip that works?  Forget the crown. 

Cooking with no measuring cups, yet with precision says something (nice) about your personality and judging skills.
