If you think you are not a magician, you're wrong.
Until that day, you knew the art of respiration,
After that, you lay still motionless.

You exist(ed)..then you don't.
Either you're a magician or you're played by a magician.

Miracle

If you think you haven't witnessed a "miracle", you're wrong.
If you're still breathing, that's the miracle of life.

SOL

I am establishing a new acronym today- SOL: Say Out Loud.

SOL: It creates magic. Do it, Do it often.
Before you know it, you or the person at the receiving end may no longer exist.
Without an outlet, the unsaid words and feelings haunt you - if you're a human being.

Say Out Loud..
.. that you're sorry,
.. that you're crazy,
.. that you care about them,
.. that you love them.

If you want to feel lighter, words can help too..not just working out.
